Brown University approached Stelter about jumpstarting response to its direct mail program. Working hand-in-hand with Brown’s in-house team, our creative group launched a split test mailing—pitting a traditional self-mailer against a new envelope package containing three components.
Brown received 94 total responses from their first Stelter-generated mailing. Of those, 78 came from the customized newsletter package; 16 were generated by the self-mailer. The mailing also resulted in 25 new members to their legacy society.
